This workshop is dedicated to the signature move of Belly Dance, the shimmy. Shimmies are a great way to get your cardio in. Guests will be introduced to a variety of shimmy techniques with layers, traveling and turns. Perfect for beginner dancers and dancers wanting to review shimmy technique. Taught by professional belly dancers Midnight Gypsy and Lamia Chusi. What you will need: Comfortable work out or dance wear, water, hip scarf.
