For me at least, the undisputed highlight of the Round Top Antiques Fair is the Junk Gypsies’ Junk-O-Rama Prom. Late-night treasure hunting (in tented booths with names like “Dead People’s Stuff”), flowing Champagne (courtesy of Zapp Hall’s charming Bubble Lounge), and unpredictable costumed revelry (Indian maidens and pirates were both winning looks for fall) can be enjoyed twice yearly in the tiny town of Warrenton, TX. Save the date: The next Junk-O-Rama Prom is scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2011.
