Think about it, Sunday’s events were the perfect storm to find the Spurs in their usual spot — below the radar. Here’s why:
2) Chillin’- In the last three contests, Tim Duncan has scored a combined 19 points. Nine games into the season, Duncan has scored in single digits in four games. Last season, not counting games he was injured, Duncan didn’t reach his fourth single-digit scoring outing until March.
Currently, Duncan is 32nd on the NBA All-Time Scoring List, chillin’ between #33 George “Ice Man” Gervin and #31 “The Admiral” David Robinson. Maybe Duncan is playing modest, opting to pass “The Admiral” on the NBA All-Time Scoring List as slowly as possible.
3) Unacceptable - Spurs fans, you just have to watch this for yourself. (Courtesy of Yahoo!’s basketball blog, Ball Don’t Lie)
4) Opening it up - I, Rudy Gayby, want this to be a dialogue. I am genuinely curious what Spurs-related things you would like to read and learn about. Please don’t hesitate to contact me at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
