Clare Little continues her explorations of animals in building materials with her first solo show, "Feral," held over from October at Three Walls gallery in the Blue Star Arts Complex.
Made of plaster, joint compound and styrofoam, her improbable animals seem to be animate taxidermy,
or tender studies in chiaroscuro made dimensional.
The glistening white beasts shimmer with silica, and are festooned with frosting-roses.
A silent, eyeless, petting zoo.
