Following the success of The Art Lovers’ Cookbook, Orange County, Cali-based Houston native Suzy Casey is expanding her series to include other destinations with vibrant art markets. Casey and co-editors Rita Goldberg and Claire Rhodes Stevenson assembled a roster of 36 culinarily inclined artists for the San Antonio edition, which debuts Monday at Gallery Nord. Organized into starters, entrées, vegetarian entrées, and desserts, the book pairs works by each artist with recipes for personal favorites including Carla Veliz’s Mango Mint Salad, Rolando Briseño’s Pico de Gallo Moreliense, and Linda Hammond’s Maraschino Cherry Cake.
