San Antonio family quartet Hacienda is now a trio. The soulful rockers, coming off the release of the Dan Auerbach (Black Keys) produced Shakedown last year, have taken to their Facebook wall to announce the departure of founder, singer, guitarist and cousin of all three other members, Dante Schwebel.
We wanted y'all to know that Dante will no longer be with Hacienda. This was a difficult decision, but the four of us feel it is best for the band and all of us individually. We are proud of all the work we have accomplished together and will move forward with the same spirit that has made Hacienda so much fun to be apart of. We wish Dante the best in whatever he goes on to do. We can't thank everyone enough for their support and understanding. The three of us look forward to seeing y'all on the road very soon.
