In conjunction with its new paid YouTube channel, digital distribution leader Cinedigm launched the Docurama Film Series in April. Bringing seven award-winning features to 15 U.S. markets over seven weeks, Docurama globe-trots from the streets of East L.A. to the antipodes of Entre Rios, Argentina, and Shanghai, China, and lands in Inner Mongolia this week with Ping Pong: Hugh and Anson Hatford’s film surrounding the World Over-80s Table Tennis Championships. As it explores “the hope, passion, prejudice, and immediacy of growing old,” the doc introduces eight ping-pong pros — including seven-time world champion Les D’Arcy (above), century-old Australian “mega celebrity” Dorothy DeLow, and Texas Senior Championship-winner Lisa Modlich — with 703 years between them. $10, 7pm Sunday, Alamo Drafthouse Park North, 618 NW Loop 410, (210) 677-8500, drafthouse.com.
