Tickets to Paul McCartney's intimate performance at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts went for over $3,000 on StubHub last week. But to see Ringo Starr, the other surviving member of the Beatles, you won't possibly need to drain your bank account and withdraw on your 401(k). Adapted from James Jones' 1951 World War II classic novel, From Here to Eternity is a gripping tale of illicit love and army life in 1941 Hawaii, just prior to the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Lyricist Tim Rice's adapted Jones' novel for the Broadway stage, and performances are being simulcast to movie theaters across the country.
