Renowned Mexican Artist Jorge Marín's 'Wings of the City' To Show At SA Botanical Garden

International superstar artist Jorge Marín will exhibit his famous angels in the San Antonio Botanical Garden from September 9 until February 14, 2016.

If you haven't seen the sculptures, dubbed 'Wings of the City,' be sure to check them out.



For a quarter of a century, the exhibits criss-crossed the world. Their journey in the U.S. started in Brownsville, then to Houston, Dallas and Ft. Worth.

After adorning the gorgeous Botanical Garden, the eight large-scale sculptures and a ninth sculpture will be on display at the Southwest School of Art, will make its way to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Boston and Miami.



The Consulate General of Mexico in San Antonio, the City of San Antonio and the San Antonio Botanical Garden collaborated to make the exhibit possible.

This is a must-see exhibit. The opening is September 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Botanical Garden.
