The classic pixie-dust laden fairy tale Peter Pan brings its whimsy to the Alamo City from February 12 to 14 with four performances courtesy of Ballet San Antonio.

And there will be actual flying. Ballet San Antonio's performers are sure to inspire awe with high-flying choreographer as they tell the story of Wendy, Peter and the Darling boys quest past the second star to the right and straight on 'till morning.

“We are so excited to bring Peter Pan to San Antonio, as this is the first time Peter Pan will be performed in the Alamo City,” Jenniann Colón, the new executive director at Ballet San Antonio, says in a press release. “This classic is loved and shared by generations and true to the story. This production will spark imaginations and inspire the dream to fly in everyone. From the youngest in age to the young at heart, San Antonio audiences are in for a magical show.”

Tickets for the family-friendly show are now on sale. They run from $29 to $119 and can be purchased at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts' box office (100 Auditorium Circle), online at www.tobincenter.org or via phone at (210) 223-8624.
