Here’s one to file under swank and quirky options for avoiding family and responsibility during the holiday season.

La Chichada, a vaudeville show, promises to be a delectable diversion from the fact that we still haven’t even made it through one full year of Trump’s presidency. The event, to which you are implored to come “dressed as the cat’s meow,” will feature vaudeville performances, those cartoon-like skits which can range from merciless lampoon to common slapstick, as well as musical performances by Harvey McLaughlin and Lucy Petra.



While the day before New Year’s Eve might seem like a risky time to go all out, we’re confident that if we keep our hot dog to beer ratio in check, we’ll still be in rare form to close out the year.
