, the renown San Antonio sculptor who's illuminated both the Alamo and San Fernandro Cathedral, is installing El Paso Passage
, a $205,000 LED installation on an underpass near El Paso International Airport.
As a result, the city warns, the northbound lanes on Airway Boulevard, will be closed between 7 p.m. and 4 a.m. between today and July 20.
