Chef Jeff White will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner menu, with wine pairings available at an extra cost, to celebrate the first anniversary of Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden (312 Pearl Parkway, Building 3). The menu will be available starting at 5 p.m. on November 14; winos will be able to enjoy day-long happy hour prices from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The menu includes:
Big Eye Tuna Nicoise with charred French beans, frieze with watercress with Russian butterball potatoes, Spanish olives, creamy parmesan dressing and coddled egg. Paired with Amici ‘Winemakers’ Chardonnay, Sonoma.
Grilled Spiced Hanger Steak on roasted winter root vegetables, natural jus and horseradish espuma. Paired with Wire Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles.
Caramel Cheesecake with maple bacon custard and gingerbread candied pecans. Paired with Roumieu ‘Haut-Placey’ Sauternes, France.
Dinner starts at $35 with an additional $25 for wine pairings.
