The event will feature a three-course meal including a lobster-corn chowder with saffron and blood orange for an appetizer, a roast pig with blue corn-chorizo stuffing and cranberry mojo as the main dish and caramelized apple créme brulee tostada with cajeta and spiced pecans to end the meal.
Guests will start the evening with al fresco appetizers and tequila punch created by Lucinda Hutson, author of the Viva Tequila! cookbook.
