Chef John Besh will visit his SA restaurant, Lüke, on Thursday, November 14 from 5 to 6 p.m. to sign copies of his latest book, "Cooking from the Heart" ($40, via Andrew McMeel Publishing).
The book, Besh's third, features 140 easy-t0-follow recipes he's collected via places, lessons and mentors throughout his culinary career.
