Saturday, March 1 marks the wine enthusiast’s event Fête du Cuvée Fine Wine Auction at The Bright Shawl (819 Augusta). The elegant black tie affair will have biddings in a live and silent auction of various wines.
Food and wine pairings will also be available by local chefs Javier Flores of Barraca Paella and Tapas Bar, John Herdman of Sustenio Holley Dominguez of 18 Oaks at the J.W Marriott, Ernie Estrada from the Omni, Jeff White of Boiler House, John Russ of Luke and Justin Johnson of Max’s Wine Dive.
The event will also have an after party at The Bright Shawl’s courtyard with live music and after-dinner wines and cocktails. Net proceeds from the event benefit the community programs and projects of the Junior League of San Antonio. Ticket information and schedule is on the event’s website.
