Instead of buying chocolates for Valentine's Day, make your own truffles or crunchy chocolate bar. Gaucho Gourmet (935 Isom) is offering a Valentine's Chocolate Affair cooking class with pastry chef Ernest Lopez of Sustenio. The class is on Saturday, February 8 from 11 to 12:30 p.m.
Students will learn to make ganache, chocolate truffles and the art of chocolate coating and dipping with Gaucho Gourmet's fine chocolate and baking goods.
