Duk Truck tacos, Yao pork belly steam buns and calamari fried rice and The Lemonade Co. lemonade.
Some of San Antonio's best mobile food trucks came together at H-E-B Alon Market (8503 NW Military Hwy) as a part of Culinaria's Festival Week. The event brought in delicious Asian bites, tapas, pizza, tasty cupcakes, hearty BBQ, and lots of beer. Participating trucks included Yao, Bite Street Bistro, Dixieland BBQ, Slider Provider, Saweet Cupcakes, Rickshaw Stop, Duk Truck, Say She Ate, Stouts Pizza Company, SpiceSea Gourmet, Where Y' At and a lot more.
H-E-B was there providing free bites like chips and guac, fruit, fresh cheeses and meats and plenty of wine samples. Yao and Duk Truck provided an Asian taste with the sweet and spicy duck confit tacos and a hearty fried calamari. American classic mobile eats were provided by Cheesy Jane's with burgers, crisp tater tots and small milkshakes.
Dessert was not forgotten with Saweet Cupcakes offering chocolate cake pops, cupcakes like banana split and chocolate salted caramel, beignets from Where Y' At and Crepe Nation's strawberry banana Nutella crepe.
