Brews and bites from Tapas y Tapas. (via) Ladies, grab that bike and get to drinking. Girls' Pint Out San Antonio is having the first female organized traveling tap takeover with The Kick Stand on Saturday, June 7 at 9:30 a.m. The ride begins and end at Tapas y Tapas (1012 N Flores) with stops in between to enjoy some craft beer, food and music. Stops for this brewing/biking affair will be at Tucker's Kozy Korner (1338 E Houston), Rosella Coffee Co. (203 E Jones) and Tycoon Flats (2926 N St. Mary's). Guys are welcome to join their gal on the ride. The Fig Tree Restaurant (515 Villita) is welcoming winemaker Domaine Carneros for a five-course meal with wine pairings. The meal includes a fois gras terrine, poached langostino tails, crab tortellinis, cheese and mixed berries madeleines. The dinner is $115 per person. Call (210) 225-2111 for reservations. It's that time again. The Friendly Spot Ice House (943 S Alamo) is hosting Southtown Beer Camp on Wednesday, June 18 at 7 p.m. for 25 thirsty campers. Featuring Lagunitas Brewing, the beer camp will have plenty of brews and bites, camp counselors, games and more. Beer camp is $50 per person. Lee's El Taco Garage (8403 Broadway) is having their first annual tequila, tacos and tunes fest on Thursday, July 3 at 6 p.m. with seven tequilas including El Jimador, Herradura and Blue Nectar and four bands.
