Spike TV's Frankenfood,
which hosts mad scientist cooks that create outrageous dishes and pits them against each other in a foodie battle royale, aired its Dallas episode this past Sunday. David Page, Cibolo resident and St. Philips culinary program alum, went on to win the $10,000 cash prize for his PB & Jellumbo Po'boy creation.
"It combines East coast with the deep South and the far East," Page said about his sammie which combines peanut butter and jelly, Nutella, cilantro, carrots and jumbo shrimp in a banh mi-esque vessel.
