Chef Jason Dady pulled a fast one on us this Monday by announcing Ramen Week through Saturday, November 22 at Umai Mi
(you know, before it moves over a few spaces and makes room for the chefs latest project Tre Enoteca in 2015). Bonus, they're extending ramen offerings through next Saturday, November 29 (with the exception of Thanksgiving Thursday.)
The menu includes brisket, pork belly & foie gras, shrimp and classic Umai Mi noodles and a vegan bowl of goodness. Umai Mi, 555 W Bitters, opens 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 4-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
