We're breaking resolutions with this bacon cheeseburger.
You've been doing so awesome on your New Year's resolutions, you deserve a burger break (Note: I'm kidding, stick with it! Ed. Note: DO IT, EAT THE BURGER!). Big Bob's Burgers 1604 (4553 N Loop 1604, Ste 1133) opens its doors Friday, December 2 from 5 to 10 p.m. Even if you're avoiding burgers for the first few weeks of the year, know that when you head back to burgerland, Big Bob's Burgers newest location will be there waiting for you with open arms.
This is the third location for the local burger chain owned by relatively big (he's taller than average) Bob Riddle, who relocated the original location off Harry Wurzbach to Hildebrand and later opened a second at the bottom floor of the VIstana.
In an effort to go big or go home, this location is bigger than its predecessors and it'll feature a full bar and an added menu of milkshakes, as well as two stages for live music, a projection screen for big games, an outdoor patio and a playground for the kiddos.
Needless to say, we're pumped.
