On Friday, April 3 Alton Brown (yes, the food nerd from all those Food Network Shows) will be in town at the Tobin Center (100 Auditorium Circle) for his Edible Inevitable Tour (details and tickets here). He describes this one of a kind stage show as "large, potentially dangerous and impractical culinary demonstrations."

In the video that previews his show on his website, altonbrowntour.com, you get the sense that this show is for everybody and anybody. The show includes his impractical culinary demonstrations, music and also some food explosions, a quasi dinner and a show type sitch.

Brown's asking for recommendations on where he should eat during his stay in San Antonio. (Editor's Note: AB, why not check out CookhouseCured, Dignowity Meats, Ray's Drive-Inn, Bakery Lorraine and the Original Donut Shop whilst in town?). Leave those recommendations here as a comment on his blog post, on his Facebook page, or on Twitter (@altonbrown). Just make sure to include the hashtag #ABRoadEatsSAT so Brown can keep track. Who knows, you may even run into him while he's here...
