The guys at The Granary 'Cue & Brew (602 Avenue A, 210-228-0124) are making ramen dreams come true this evening starting at 6 p.m. as chef Tim Rattray hosts chef Justin Carlisle of Milwaukee's Ardent/Red Light Ramen.

For one evening only, Rattray and James Beard finalist for 2015's Best Chef Midwest Carlisle will join forces in creating ramen ($15), yakitori ($5) and then some. Beer specials are also on tap for the evening with$3 house pints.
