Welcome back, foodies! This week's edition includes some classic meals and a whole lot of dessert:

We hope you had a happy National Hot Wing Day on July 31. If you went to the Hoppy Monk (1010 N. Loop 1604 E.) we're pretty sure you did. Also, you can never go wrong with Smoke's (700 E. Sonterra Blvd.) poutine tater tots. Come for the brisket; leave with the tots. Lastly, keep it healthy with a Green Galaxy Avocado Bowl Smoothie. Filled with frozen bananas, spinach, avocado, dates, and almond milk, this treat will keep you healthy while leaving your taste buds satisfied.

Don't forget to tag your own plates with #safoodpics to Instagram an you could be featured in next week's update.
