The next chef on deck to take over Rosella
Coffee Co.'s PopN Plates dinner series is Luis Colon, head chef and owner of FOLC Restaurant
. Starting Sunday, August 9 through August 16, Colon will be whipping out specialty dishes as well as suggesting wine pairings from Rosella's kitchen including a mortadella sandwich with house-made mortadella, bread, American cheese and root beer mustard, and an endive salad with yogurt dressing, apples, grapes, endive, pea shoots and flowers.
And the new food isn't just for dinner. Rosella is also unveiling new scrumptious-sounding breakfast options available until noon: a pork belly biscuit sandwich and a mortadella biscuit sandwich, and both come with cloud egg and American cheese.
