(303 Pearl Pkwy. Suite 109) is hosting their monthly pop-up dinner on Friday, August 21, with three seatings of an 8-course raw, vegan menu.
The menu includes beet ravioli with pine nut goat cheese; avocado cucumber soup with mango relish; thai lettuce wraps with tamarind dipping sauce; tuscan kale salad; raw vegan taco plate; zucchini lasagna with cashew pepita ricotta, pistachio pesto and sun-dried tomato sauce; fresh fruit granita; chocolate tart with coconut whipped cream.
Seatings for this BYOB feast are available for 6 p.m., 7:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Call (210) 223-3825 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. to reserve your spot. Tickets are $60, including tax and tip.
