Good news, coffee fans. Indy Coffee Co. is this much closer to opening its new brick-and-mortar location. The sort of bad news? The guys behind the independent coffee truck that's operated at Vance Jackson and Huebner Road since March 2014 is closing up the rig to focus on the new spot off UTSA Blvd.

Owners and San Antonio natives Andrew Kim, Alex Lee, Jake Scott and Henry Shri said the new 1,000 square-foot location at 7114 UTSA Blvd., Suite 103 should open Saturday, October 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fans of coffee, and the college denizen that live around the area should be jazzed for full menu, which should stay relatively close to that of the truck's.
