You already know Muertos Fest (aka the Dia De Los Muertos Celebration hosted at La Villita) is going to be a blast. The weekend-long festival will go down October 24 (10 a.m. to 11 p.m.) and 25 (noon to 10 p.m.) with altars, costume contest, vendors and more, but will also include free snacks.

From 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday Starbucks and Bedoy's Bakery will team up for free coffee and cookies. Another two-hour block of free coffee and cookies will go down Sunday starting at noon, and Taco Cabana will also hand out free breakfast tacos from noon to 1 p.m. Get there early to score a bit of both.
