San Antonio is finally going to get a good look at Hotel Emma at The Pearl and all its dining components on November 9. Larder, the hotel's in-house market and cafe, John Brand-helmed restaurant Supper and bar/club room Sternewirth are all housed inside the former brewhouse. The 121-year-old building will contain all of Hotel Emma's 146 rooms, as designed by Roman and Williams.

The boutique hotel is really packing in the culinary options with the above mentioned eateries, San Anto-filled mini bars and coffee service by the locally roasted Merit Roasting Co.

The hotel's namesake is Emma Koehler, wife to Pearl-founder Otto, who ran the brewery through Prohibition after her husband's passing.
