The newly renovated St. Anthony hotel is home to Rebelle
(300 E. Travis St., 210-227-4392), which, starting Tuesday, December 8, will be open for lunch Monday through Fridays from 11-2 p.m. With an amazing menu created by chef Stefan Bowers, it's sure to please those who enjoy the ambiance of a fast paced diner or those who spend their lunch hour in a laid back and cozy setting.
There is something for any and every craving you have. With the appetizers having a very seafood feel, start your lunch off with some fried oysters or a cup of lobster and caramelized carrot bisque. If you're feeling something light (or not so light) pair a roasted pork shoulder sandwich with a baby green salad to tone out the feel of your meal. Entrees include chicken in green curry, garlic-oregano Parisian gnocchi, which sounds flat-out dreamy.
