(520 E. Grayson St., 210-236-7422) is throwing its first ever crawfish boil on Friday, February 5, and you need to be there. Plus, your liver is probably praising your newfound decision-making skills.
Chef Jason Dady (owner of Shuck Shack) has purchased 800 lbs. of straight up crawfish in preparation for the event. For $21, you can secure yourself a 3-pound tray with sides of corn and potatoes, meanwhile, helping yourself to an authentic $3 Abita pint. However, be warned, the mudbudgs are first come, first served, and when it's gone, it's gone!
The boil begins at 2 p.m. and will last until 7 p.m. Now, if you're planning to carry on (in the true spirit of Mardi Gras) a little longer, the Shuck Shack will be showing the Spurs vs. Dallas game at 8:30 p.m. It's time to get dirty, my friends.
