Turns out Laguna Beach
, The Hills
and Lauren Conrad's career aren't the only good things to come out of Orange County, California. We can add Creamistry
to that list.
The franchise opened its first San Antonio location on Saturday, June 18 with free ice cream and swag at 21134 281 N., Suite 105. Lovers of science and ice cream will want to check out the spot as it joins Utah-based Sub-Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt (13433 San Pedro Ave., 210-362-1002) in serving made-to-order ice cream in town using liquid nitrogen. Science!
Watch your ice cream freeze right before your eyes.
Creamistry (I can't be the only one cringing at the name, can I?) features more than 30 flavors including a selection of cereal-bases including Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruity Pebbles, and teas including matcha and Thai. And you can top your creation with candies, cereals, cookies, fruits, nuts and sauces.
Creamistry and its "Creamologists" are ready to help with your ice cream cravings noon to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, noon to 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday.
