For Jazz, TX's first Fiesta, the Pearl's live music venue will host two evenings of A Night in Old Jazz Texas, April 19 and 26 8:30-10:30 p.m. The venue will serve a special Fiesta-themed menu including corn in a cup, chicken tinga quesadillas, beef gorditas, duck on a stick, and carnival funnel cake.
The upscale, underground speak-easy wouldn’t let Fiesta pass without showcasing some spectacular group. For this occasion, they will host two special performances by Mariachi Las Coronelas, a 10-member, all-female ensemble. Tickets for both evenings are $20 per guest.
