In case you did not make it out by the Canyon Lake, Port A, the pool, or you plain ol' forgot to tie your barbecue pit to a tree at Woodlawn Lake, here are a few last-minute Fourth of July parties to attend.

Lowcountry: The staff at this Southtown cocktail bar will fire up a pig of their own with a portion of sales going toward Planned Parenthood "because access to healthcare makes autonomy possible." Jazz, TX: Freedom at the Pearl's underground music venue means no cover all night long. Stop by starting at 5 p.m. for music by  The Doc Watkins Trio
