Jason Dady Brings Back Lobster Week with 4-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menus



Usually reserved for promotions, anniversaries or when you're feeling bougie af, lobster isn't a go-to choice for a casual dinner. But chef Jason Dady (Shuck Shack, Two Bros. BBQ Market, Range, Bin Tapas Bar, Iron Chef Gauntlet) is trying to make this crustacean happen with the return of Lobster Week. Through November 4, guests can enjoy a four-course lobster prix fixe offered Tre Enoteca.

The menu, available for $37.50 (plus tax and tip), includes creamy lobster bisque with lobster knuckles and truffle crema; mixed field greens salad with goat cheese mousse, marinated cherry tomatoes, English cucumber and warm sherry-brown butter lobster vinaigrette; lobster Thermidor with herbed white bean ragout, tomato jam, tomato vinaigrette and basil oil and lemon poundcake with basil mascarpone, strawberry jam and pecan nougat.

Enjoy it with a curated wine list for an extra $20, or a Fall Daiquiri or sparkling rosé flight for an extra $12.

The prix fix dinner is available from 4 to 10 p.m. through November 4.
