Usually reserved for promotions, anniversaries or when you're feeling bougie af, lobster isn't a go-to choice for a casual dinner. But chef Jason Dady
(Shuck Shack, Two Bros. BBQ Market, Range, Bin Tapas Bar, Iron Chef Gauntlet
) is trying to make this crustacean happen with the return of Lobster Week. Through November 4, guests can enjoy a four-course lobster prix fixe offered Tre Enoteca.
The menu, available for $37.50 (plus tax and tip), includes creamy lobster bisque with lobster knuckles and truffle crema; mixed field greens salad with goat cheese mousse, marinated cherry tomatoes, English cucumber and warm sherry-brown butter lobster vinaigrette; lobster Thermidor with herbed white bean ragout, tomato jam, tomato vinaigrette and basil oil and lemon poundcake with basil mascarpone, strawberry jam and pecan nougat.
Enjoy it with a curated wine list for an extra $20, or a Fall Daiquiri or sparkling rosé flight for an extra $12.
The prix fix dinner is available from 4 to 10 p.m. through November 4.
