The scoops keeping coming as a second cookie dough shop is set to open its doors in San Antonio. Viva La Dough
, opened by mother-daughter team of Krista and Angelica Rodriguez, will host its grand opening on Saturday, November 25 at 11 a.m.
Billed as an edible craft cookie dough shop, Viva La Dough will carry 10 house-made flavors created by mom Krista including chocolate chip cookie dough; Big Five Dough (named after David Robinson) with Oreo-esque base, marshmallow fluff and throwback Spurs colors; Doughey Fatone with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, flaked coconut and graham crackers; Game Day with peanuts, M&Ms, pretzels and potato chips; and La Vido Loca with Mexican hot chocolate and dulce de leche.
What sets Viva La Dough apart is they don't use eggs for their dough mixes. For now, the shop will feature three mini scoops for $3.95, one scoop for $3.50, two for $6.50 and three for $9.50. Extra toppings are .50 cents each.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the time being.
