Pinch Boil House & Bia Bar
will takeover the kitchen at Southtown's Hot Joy
tonight as the eatery celebrates turning four this weekend.
The Pinch menu will feature tofu and sesame hummus with cucumber relish and wonton chips; salt and pepper calamari with dragon sauce; Viet-crawfish omelette; sweet potato green curry; OG shrimp and mussel boil; and whole fried red snapper. The party, with music by Pinko following, starts at 5 p.m.
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the pan-Asian restaurant will offer a throwback menu and music by DJ Gato and DJ Casbah (Friday); Nuclear Juarez (Saturday); and Signal Man (Sunday). Expect lamb dan dan noodles, migas fried rice, pork belly tacos, smashed cucumber salad, tater tot chaat (!!!), and "stinky mussels."
