Known for their Southeast Asia-inspired street food, seafood boils and then some, Pinch Boil House opened this past September on the ground floor of a parking garage at the corner of Houston and Main. Construction and attendance woes have kept the guys on their toes, and we learn what steps they had to take to keep their doors open and staff employed.
