When Dorćol Distilling
opened in 2013, college buds and owners Boyan Kalusevic and Chris Mobley had their work cut out for them.
They introduced Kinsman rakia, a Serbian brandy made using apricots to a vodka-happy audience. But the versatile spirit is now becoming a staple at area bars along with HighWheel Beerworks, Dorćol's brewing operation, which recently became the home beer at the South Flo Pizza inside the South Flores H-E-B.
