John Tesar, one of Texas' most well-known chefs, will collaborate with The Granary 'Cue & Brew's chef Tim Rattray for a seven-course dinner on Sunday, June 10 at 6:30 p.m.
The dinner is the first in a Summer Chef Collaboration Series for the San Antonio barbecue restaurant. Tesar, owner of Knife (Esquire magazine’s best new restaurants 2014) and Knife Burger, will bring his steakhouse skills to The Granary with a dinner focused on Texas-sourced ingredients. The four-time James Beard “Best Southwest Chef” semifinalist Tesar was also a contestant on Bravo's Top Chef.

) are $85 per person and exclude taxes and gratuity.
