Camping doughnuts from Meadow
opened its doors last Saturday night, and now the restaurant will launch brunch for all you early birds.
Opened by husband-and-wife team of PJ and Lindsey Milligan Edwards, Meadow inside the former BIN 555 where they first met.
Billed as a "seasonal Texas Southern concept" Meadow's brunch menu will feature items such as Texas oats with crispy pork belly, bok choy and sweet potato syrup, the wood oven French toast with pear butter pecan caramel and salted honey cream; and the camping doughnuts with cinnamon brown sugar and créme anglaise.
The signature Meadow Burger will also debut during the first brunch service. The burger will be a staple on their menu and served during both evening dinner and Sunday brunch," per a press release.
