They might typically be known for their seafood dishes, but that isn't going to stop Shuck Shack from adding new Nashville-inspired hot chicken to the menu.
The new menu, dubbed "Shuck and Cluck," includes old favorites like the fresh Maine lobster roll, southern fried catfish, and a selection of east and gulf coast oysters, as well as the new San Antonio Hot Fried Chicken.
“San Antonio loves heat and I wanted to bring a new flavor, so I created our secret blend of spices that gives our ‘Shuck and Cluck’ menu 3 levels of heat: the House, Muy Caliente and What the Shuck,” Chef Jason Dady said in a press release. “All three levels bring the heat while providing craveable flavors that people love.”
The Shuck Shack is open Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m, and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
