Craft beer lovers should keep an eye out for Idle Beer Hall & Brewery, which is slated to open in the new Make Ready Market food hall in the River North area this fall. In April, Jamie Shen, Communications Director for Idle’s parent company Pouring with Heart, told the Current that “Idle's 10-barrel brewhouse will provide crushable kolschs, pilsners and lagers and the occasional IPA, perfect to enjoy in the heat of summer.”
