The spring portion of the Pearl’s Échale! Latino Music Estyles series wraps up Friday with a playful bill pairing two tribute bands. Formed in 1992, L.A.’s Sweet and Tender Hooligans sell themselves as “the ultimate tribute to Morrissey and The Smiths.” Fronted by Jose “The Mexican Morrissey” Maldonado, the quintet records Spanish versions of Moz’s songs, appears in docs about his Latino fan base, and celebrates his birthday with an annual concert. The brainchild of composer Lorenzo Martinez, Albuquerque’s Mariachi Mystery Tour looks at the Fab Four’s musical legacy through a mariachi lens. The 11-piece ensemble’s cultural collision prompted one writer to ponder, “what would have happened if John, Paul, George, and Ringo had spent some time with Pedro Infante?” Free, 7-10pm, Pearl Park Amphitheater, 200 E Grayson, (210) 212-7260,
