TEXAS IS FUNNY'S WE LEAVE AT MIDNIGHT LOOKING A LITTLE CULTY
  • Texas Is Funny's We Leave at Midnight looking a little culty

San Antonio's We Leave at Midnight signed to San Antonio label Texas Is Funny, marking a happy marriage of SA rock 'n' rollers. Joining SA bands Vetter Kids and The Hawks (of Holy Rosary) on the label, We Leave at Midnight will release their sophomore effort Terror Fauna later this year.

Founded by singer John Dailey, We Leave at Midnight's self-titled 2012 debut is an exercise in clean-cut rock 'n' roll and Brian Wilson harmonies projected through a sepia lens.

We Leave at Midnight join The Midwestern Charm as the most recent batch of TIF signees. From Wisconsin, The Midwestern Charm will debut on the label with Growing Pains. If their previous work is any indication, the new album will be packed with bombastic and emotionally exposed rock 'n' roll.
