On the heels of a successful pilot series launched earlier this year, Jazz, TX, announced its first full season of Live at Jazz, TX, a new radio show with San Antonio’s NPR affiliate, Texas Public Radio.

The live-taping will take place on Wednesday nights for a full season of sixteen episodes starting on July 26. Live at Jazz, TX will feature an interview segment, audience Q&A, and special musical guests including Mariachis Las Coronelas, Sammy Miller and the Congregation, Rick Barroso, Aaron Prado, the King William Jazz Collective, NATIAO Latin Jazz and the Dirty River Dixie Band, to name a few.

While the full music schedule has not yet been released, the July 26 show will feature Watkins and his 11-piece orchestra, with Mariachis Las Coronelas performing the following week on Wednesday, Aug. 2nd.
