If you love some '90s Tejano music, then you know all about Jay Perez. With a voice that serenades you with just one note, it seems that the singer has a big heart to match.

On Monday, Jay went Facebook Live to show his visit to San Antonio's  Christus Santa Rosa Hospital to see a young fan. Roxanne explains that they heard the girl, Golie, was a big fan and wanted to surprise her during her hospital stay.

"Hopefully the little girl will recognize me," Jay said. He explained that Golie, 10, watches the videos he's made throughout his career. Roxanne said Jay's music is Golie's "happy place" and gets her through the day.

After accidentally going into the wrong room and needing directions, the Perezes found their way into Golie's room, where Jay gaves her gifts and even sang a little bit. He also invited Golie to join him on stage once she gets better.

Fast-forward to 2:30 for the sweet meeting.

On top of meeting her favorite singer, Golie's health seems to be improving. Roxanne shared this update Thursday morning.
