Nirenberg vs. Nirvana: Albums Well-Known San Antonio Folks Grew Up Listening To

Can you imagine the mayor of San Antonio rocking out to “Smells Like Teen Spirit” by Nirvana? It’s sort of fun to think about what kind of music people in the public eye listened to growing up, and recently, my curiosity was peaked enough to actually email some well-known SA folks and find out what their top ten albums were in their youth. If there’s anything that brings communities together it’s food, art and music, and with all the shit in the world that continues divide us, I kinda wanted to see how us San Antonians were similar.
