Tay-K 47, a Texas rapper charged in connection with the killing of San Antonio man Mark Anthony Saldivar, posted a tasteless selfie on his Twitter and Instagram page Tuesday, the same day he was indicted by a grand jury for having a cell phone in jail, according to The Fort Worth Star Telegram.

Officials told the Fort Worth publication that the 23-year-old rapper, who's name is Taymor McIntyre, was being moved because of an altercation with another inmate. The Star-Telegram reported that officials discovered the phone in a sock that was stuffed into his underwear.
McIntyre reportedly tried to throw the cell phone into a toilet when authorities discovered it and got into a fight with a jail guard.

Now, we’ve all probably seen enough Orange is the New Black to know that you’re probably not allowed to have a cell phone in jail and sure enough, according to the Texas Penal Code, having a prohibited item in a correctional facility is a third degree felony. Twitter users were sure to point that out.
According to online records, McIntyre is currently being held at the Tarrant County Lon Evans Correction Center for the robbery and murder of Saldivar as well as Ethan Walker in Mansfield.
